MAKING A PURCHASE
All our goods are charged in US dollars. The currency converter on each
page will give you an approximated price in your local currency. Please
choose your shipping destination in the dropdown menu.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped no later then
within 48 hrs from the time an order is received (subject to stock
availability and local holidays and postal schedule). Shipping and
handling in clearly stated on the order page and added to the quoted
price. Foreign destination orders include appropriate taxes and tariffs.
Delivery times to foreign destination will vary between 3 and 15
business days. If you are paying by credit card please note that your
card will be debited at the time of the order, so that we can ensure
that your card is valid and that there are sufficient funds in the
account to pay for ordered products.
Mopical.com will make every reasonable effort to deliver your purchase
to you in a timely and correct fashion. If however due to your error we
are provided with a wrong shipping address and the package is returned
to us, you agree to pay an additional S&H charge of $5.95 to resend your
package to the correct address.
All deliveries are made via regular international mail.
RETURNS POLICY
We offer a full refund on any faulty products. Please note that
postage/shipping costs are aldo refunded on goods returned for any
reason.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days, and are subject to
international banking transactions. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for a
refund to be credited to your account, depending on your country of
origin.
